Here at Starter Stories Pty Ltd. we bake-to-order. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, most of our products are for pick-up only. See pick-up information on the link here - Pick-up Information.
Where shipping is available (non-perishable items), it is simple and straightforward. We use Australia Post which provides tracking information from placement to delivery and allows you to pick up from your local Australia Post outlet if you miss your delivery.
Please be sure to indicate your daytime address for deliveries.
Any irregular or additional freight and handling that need to be charged will be arranged with you before finalising payment and delivery. Starter Stories Pty Ltd. will not be liable for any loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by any delay in or failure of delivery by Australia Post.
