After many experiments and fails, I hereby introduce you to my artisan-style Gluten-free Loaf. It is made with a combination of flours such as rice flour, maize flour, buckwheat flour and tapioca starch. It offers a wholesome, rich flavour similar to a traditional wholemeal sourdough loaf. This version also contains Walnuts, Figs & Apricots for that beautiful fruity flavour. Great for breakfast, or on cheeseboards.
This loaf is is not a sourdough. It does contain yeast. However, it replicates the look, feel & taste of an artisan-style sourdough loaf.
GLUTEN-FREE & VEGAN-FRIENDLY
