This is my take on a German classic - Mischbrot - meaning mixed flour bread.

Uses a mix of rye, spelt, wholemeal and plain flour. Topped with a handful of oats.

Delicious earthy flavour. Wholesome and full of nutrients.


Vegan-friendly.
